The location was great, the beds were very comfortable. The room was pretty clean, with the exception of a La Croix can left behind from someone previously. It was very quiet, despite being close to the road, and made it easy to sleep. There’s a playground for kids, so it’s super kid friendly, and the pool looked really nice. The parking was abundant, and very spacious. The showers were hot, and had great pressure. Check in and check out process was simple. Breakfast was pretty good, with a pretty large variety to choose from.

the rooms have been updated, walk-in shower to replace tubs. 'Old people' toilets, you sit high, no longer have to bend near the floor. The breakfast is standard but fresh and abundant. The check-in rep has been there forever, for the past few years we have stopped here. I have the greatest respect for him each time I see him. He is by himself, he handles the busy phones, the long line of customers all arriving at the same time with a smile, multi tasking, keeping cool headed. He is exceptional.

The breakfast included protein options to accommodate a diabetic traveler. This is important. Chatting with fellow travelers, they confirmed how nice is was to have a choice beyond carbs and sweets. THE WOMAN maintaining the very busy breakfast area WAS WONDERFUL! We watched her hustle and keep the food up to snuff, the heavy coffee carafes full, the serving area clean and the tables cleared quickly to be available for the next flood of hungry travelers. Job well done.

When we pulled up, it looked like a Motel 6, so expectations dropped. But once in the room, although small, we found it very modern, well-appointed. Refrig, microwave and coffee facilities. Very tasteful. The breakfast was very good - eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereals, fruit, pastries. As good as any free breakfast one could expect. While not totally simple to get to if travelling west on Murfreeboro Rd. the location is close to I65 and lots of retail establishments.

Peter

The staff gave me a room which was close to the breakfast area and as a single woman visiting from the UK made me feel very safe. The plastic cutlery and paper plates were a bit of a shock from metal and ceramics. However Eduardo's scrambled eggs on the buffet were some of the best I've had and the toaster actually managed to toast quickly and properly. Lovely staff.
